The 'Tresor' mattress by Dorelan is hand made in Italy. From the initial designing of the mattress right up to the final stitch using only the finest materials, it stands at the top of our Premium Range The Dorelan company have their own patented 'double spiral' design. A smaller individual pocket spring sits inside the main pocket spring giving the mattress extra comfort and support. This design also helps to completely stabilize the mattress if two people of very different weights are sleeping on it. The mattress is cushioned with Pure Organic Cotton, Cashmere and Pure Silk helping to eliminate the possibility of humidity from inside. Organic Cotton is grown in subtropical countries such as Turkey, Egypt, USA from non genetically modified plants, that is to be grown without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides. Cashmere is softer than traditional wool. The material also remains smoother and lighter than any other. One of the major benefits of cashmere is it’s adaptability to temperature. In the winter it will keep you warm and insulated, yet it will ensure you stay cool in the summer. Cashmere is also extremely long lasting. It feels incredibly snug and lush against your skin and is considered to be the most luxurious of natural fibres. The second layer of the mattress contains a layer of pure Silk. Silk is known for being uniquely cool and comfortable to sleep on in hot weather. But the cellular structure of silk protein makes it naturally insulating and temperature regulating. That means silk will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The outer removable & washable cover is made from a combination of Organic Cotton and Bamboo Viscosa. Bamboo has become extremely popular in recent years and used in materials such as babies and children’s clothing. It is a natural anti bacterial and breathes much easier than other materials. Its main source is naturally regenerative which has made it an ideal material for many years. The Summer side of the mattress has an added layer of Viscosa, Pure Silk and Organic Cotton to help maintain a cool temperature. The Winter side of the mattress has added layers of Cashmere, Organic Cotton and Bamboo Viscose. It comes complete with the Oeko-Tex European certificate of approval. Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.
The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.
Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.
For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
