The 'Natural' mattress falls into our 'Exclusive Range' for those who are looking for price and quality combined. It is 30cm deep, Pocket Sprung and cushioned with a combination of Memory Foam, Cashmere & Linen
Memory foam moulds to the contours of your body, perfect for relieving pressure points such as your hips, shoulders and knees. These are extremely popular with people who suffer from back problems.
It is also Pocket Sprung. Unlike conventional springs (which are all connected) pocket springs are completely independent from the one next to it. Each spring moves differently to the other depending on where the weight is distributed on the mattress. So whatever position you move to, the springs follow your body shape.
In our view, a combination of pocket springs together with memory foam make an ideal mattress for a perfect nights sleep.
The Winter side is cushioned with a combination of Memory Foam and Cashmere. Highly revelled as the top tier of wools. Cashmere wool, usually simply known as cashmere is softer than traditional wool. The material also remains smoother and lighter than any other. One of the major benefits of cashmere is it’s adaptability to temperature. In the winter it will keep you warm and insulated, yet it will ensure you stay cool in the summer.
Cashmere is also extremely long lasting. It feels incredibly snug and lush against your skin and is considered to be the most luxurious of natural fibres.
The Summer side is cushioned with a combination of Memory Foam and Linen. Linen is one of the first natural fibres that people made into string and cloth. Linen comes from the flax plant, which grows all over the Mediterranean region and Central Asia. Flax is a tall, reed-like plant, with long fibres which make it easy to spin into thread. Natural Linen is a good fabric since it's soft, breathable , eco-friendly and can keep us cool during those hot summer nights. Linen can withstand high temperatures – making the fabric generally perfect for everything. Sleeping on linen bedding absorbs moisture without holding bacteria. In fact, it is actually stronger when wet than dry and becomes softer and more pliable the more it is washed.
Linen is a much thicker fibre than almost all other natural materials and much more robust and durable. Simply put, It just gets better and better!

As with all our mattresses, the 'Natural' comes with the European Oeko-Tex certificate of approval.

Stock Items will generally be delivered within 48 Working Hours unless purchasing from our 'ON-LINE SHOPPING ONLY' service where delivery times are stated on each product. For Special orders and out of stock items you will be given a time frame based on our experience with each individual supplier.

Returns and guarantees

Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns

Delivery

Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.

Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.

Guarantees

All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.

Faulty Goods

Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.

The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Stock Items

Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.

Special Items

Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.

For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
