The 'Positano' mattress by Dorelan is hand-made in Italy from scratch by master-craftsmen. It is made using only the finest materials available. Pure Silk, Viscosa and Pure Organic Cotton are ideal ingredients used to maintain a cool comfortable temperature, perfect for warm and humid climates such as the Balearics. Pure Wool helps to give the mattress a more snug & softer feel. The Dorelan company have their own 3 in 1 patented Pocket Sprung design. The top of each individual spring starts with a micro-wound extra coiled design which gives the first 3cm of the spring a softer feel. The main centre coil of the spring gives the maximum firmer feel and support. The bottom of each spring has another 3cm micro-wound design so the mattress can be used on both sides, allowing for the summer and winter sides. The Summer side of the mattress is cushioned with Pure Organic Cotton, Bamboo Viscose and Silk to help maintain a cool comfortable temperature. The Winter side of the mattress is cushioned with Organic Cotton, Silk and Lambswool to give the mattress a more 'snug' feel. Silk is known for being uniquely cool and comfortable to sleep on in hot weather. But the cellular structure of silk protein makes it naturally insulating and temperature regulating. That means silk will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Organic Cotton is grown in subtropical countries such as Turkey, Egypt, USA from non genetically modified plants, that is to be grown without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides. Bamboo Viscose has become extremely popular in recent years and used in babies and children’s clothing. It is a natural anti bacterial and breathes much easier than other materials. Its natural source is regenerative which has made it an ideal material for many years. For this reason we have began to introduce it in the exterior fabric in some of our mattresses. Pure Wool. The structure of wool fibre allows for a large volume of air between the fibres, giving amazing natural insulation properties along with flexibility, elasticity and resilience. Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.
The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.
Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.
For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
