The 'Triunfo' is a hand made mattress in our Premium Range. It is 33cm deep and made using natural materials and compatable synthetics. The outer cover is made from a combination of Bamboo Viscosa and compatible synthetics. The Bamboo Viscose is a natural anti-bacterial material which not only keeps the mattress feeling fresh, but helps to maintain a cooler temperature. The added synthetics help to reppel any moisture caused by humidity and give the mattress more durability and stability. The mattress also contains Memory Foam. The unique properties in memory foam allow it to automatically respond to weight and body temperature and moulds to the perfect shape and position of your body. When we turn in bed, it quickly recovers its shape and re-adjusts to the new position freeing all pressure points from your neck, shoulders, back and knees. The Memory Foam has been infused with Graphene. Graphene is one of the latest materials that is being introduced into mattresses that contain memory foam. Where standard memory foam has an open cell structure which enables heat to leave the mattress as you move position during sleep, graphene creates a conductive pathway for the heat to move through the non-compressed memory foam by convection. Simply put, the heat dissipates naturally as you sleep, regardless of whether or not you move position. Another very important added ingredient to the mattress is 'Cool Gel' When these mattresses are placed in a cool environment, the gels temperature drops, helping to maintain the temperature of the neighbouring materials allowing you cool, fresh comfortable sleep. As with all our mattresses, the Relax 'Triunfo' comes complete with the European Oeko-Tex certificate of approval. |

Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.
The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.
Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.
For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
