"The perfect combination of Pocket Springs and Memory Foam!"The 'Sil' mattress is in our Popular Range. It is designed with an independant pocket sprung system, memory foam and HD tecnocel. It also has 2 sides of use. Summer & Winter; The Summer side has a top layer of HD Tecnocel. A firmer synthetic open structure layer which keeps the mattress firm and breathing more easily. The Winter side has a layer of Visco Memory Foam which warms to your body temperature and moulds to your bodyshape giving you a more snug feeling. The main core support of the mattress is individually pocket sprung. The independant Pocket Sprung design is extremely popular with people who suffer from back problems. Unlike conventional springs (which are all connected) pocket springs are completely independent from the one next to it. Each spring moves differently to the other depending on where the weight is distributed on the mattress. So whatever position you move to, the springs follow your body shape. In our view, a combination of pocket springs together with memory foam make an ideal mattress for a perfect nights sleep. It also has a perimeter 'boxed in' system which prevents the mattress from collapsing on the sides if you sleep too close to the edge. As with all our mattresses, this model is fully backed with the Oeko-Tex European Certificate of approval. This certificate confirms that the materials used have been very strictly tested in laboratories on the European market against any possible harmful toxins and allergy causing products. |

Returns and guarantees
Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns
Delivery
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
Guarantees
All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.
Faulty Goods
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.
The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Stock Items
Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.
Special Items
Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.
For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
