| The 'Level Top' is a hand-made mattress at the highest end of our Premium Range. Not only does the main core have independant pocket springs, the stitched on topper also has independant micro-pocket springs. These very small pocket springs provide extra softness and absorb the sleepers movements. They also bring a fresher and more comfortable sleep because more air is allowed to pass through the topper. The outer cover is made from Bamboo Viscose, ideal for hot and humid climate such as the Balearics. Not only does Bamboo Viscose breath more easy, it is also a natural anti-bacterial. The thick inner layer of organic cotton not only helps to allow the mattress to breath but helps keep a consistent temperature. The layer of natural latex brings flexibility and stability to the mattress. It is also highly resistant to temperature changes and is able to maintain our own body temperature. The underside of the mattress is made from a new 3 Dimensional air fresh filter. This new design is extremely beneficial for mattresses on boats or close to the coast because it greatly reduces humidity inside the mattress. The perimeter of the mattress has a strengthend reinforced frame to help prevent the mattress from dipping on the sides when we sleep a little too close to the edge. As with all our mattresses the 'Level Top' comes complete with the European Oeko-Tex certificate of approval. This confirms that the mattress has been made without the use of any harmful substances. Our rules procedures covering deliveries, guarantees and returns
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgment, however this is only an estimate and time shall not be the essence of any order. Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further 50 € for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be payable before "re-delivery”.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
All Goods " excluding floor models " are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. Display / Floor models Have no guarantees.
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the distance selling regulations with in seven days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund does not include the delivery charge.
The items must be in an unused condition along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Any time up to seven working days following the delivery of the goods.
Goods that are not held in stock and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be canceled once the order has been accepted.
For reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. These items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed.
